Designing with Empathy using Personas

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Learn how a cross-unit team created six personas of World Campus students with disabilities as a resource for designers. These are fictional people based on real student data. You will learn how to use these personas to design accessible content, and have an opportunity to solve a design challenge in the session. Take the personas with you as a resource you can use to make designing with empathy a way of life.

  • Learn about the persona creation process
  • Meet our six personas of people, each with a different disability
  • Learn to use these personas as a resource to design accessible content
