This session shares techniques to encourage balance and wellness in our lives. Most of us spend a good part of our day tending to the needs of others. Yet, how often do we take stock of our own well-being?  Learning to pay attention non-judgmentally to our own thoughts, emotions, and physical reactions is one key element of self-care practice. Learn a few mindfulness practices to integrate into your busy day. Stay connected to YOU!
  • Discuss obstacles to practicing wellness/self-care behaviors at work
  • Learn several easy mindfulness practices that can help you manage stress and develop self-care approaches at work while still performing at a high level
  • Share existing practices that you already do to practice self-care
